I launched Instructure's curriculum department with 15 middle and high school courses. Leading up to 17 Subject Matter Experts and 8 Instructional Designers from hire and onboarding to on-time project completion that exceeded the client's expectations. Not only that, but we reset the bar for excellence in LMS-native curriculum. 

The content was rigorously aligned and thoughtfully designed to engage students, reduce teacher burnout, and prepare students for the future. The end result was beautiful, accessible, engaging, and aligned.
