Condo
The condo renovation I have been working on forever is almost complete. A few touch-ups here and there and it is ready to go. Some pictures of it are here. I hope to sell it and have closing done by the end of May.
Things I learned along the way:
Nothing goes as smoothly as you expect it to go. One example is the kitchen sink. I bought my kitchen sink and faucet at IKEA. When I went to connect the supply lines, the IKEA nuts on the lines were bigger than the threads on the supply valve. The IKEA faucet has special fittings so I could not just by replacement lines at a home supply store. I ended up buying supply lines that fit the supply valves in the condo and joined them to the IKEA lines with a short piece of threaded tubing.
Photography
I have not been doing to much with my photography the last couple of months while I was concentrating on finishing the condo. I look forward to really focusing on taking the photography from a part-time hobby to a more full-time occupation.
Work / Resume
I am still working at the Desmond Great Valley. I gave up the stress and craziness of being a banquet supervisor for a nice regular routine in the pub as day bartender / server. It is almost strange having weekends off.

No new updates here. One of these days I will do more research on the family tree.
