Condo Renovation

Living Room Photo

This owner occupied 1980’s style condo has been updated to a modern contemporary style. This unit is perfect for a couple or a single person. It is a one bedroom unit with a den that makes for a great home office or could be made into a second bedroom.

Living Room:

To open up the space and give it a modern feel, the fireplace was removed and a bar was built into the wall between the kitchen and living room. New hardwood flooring and baseboard molding were installed along with track lighting and new blinds. Speaker wires for surround sound are now installed along with an additional coaxial jack for TV or Internet service. All the coaxial cable in the unit has been updated.

Cabinets and countertops have been installed on the third wall giving this unit more cabinet and counter space than any other unit in the Woodlands. Other upgrades include recessed lighting and low voltage under cabinet lighting along with new paint and new flooring.
